It's a pain in the ass, but it is beautiful outside. Even the two trucks that went down our road today- the went with a "hush" instead of the normal pavement-traveling sounds.
I feel for you, we too, were dumped on. Not as much as you though. It is beautiful I agree, until you check into intensive care with the cardiac arrest post-shovelling...
There are times when I look at photos of the snow (and it IS absolutely beautiful) that I'm thankful I live where I do. Of course, I'll be wishing for snow, come July.

I hardly ever get snow now where I live. My mum talks about it and I can remember what it was like when I went to school. Hardly any since then.
