Sarah 101
1. I have two dads, neither are gay.
2. My parents were married, divorced, and both remarried.
3. Both dads walked me down the isle when I was married.
4. All four of my parents like each other, none will ever understand how much this means to me.
5. I don’t know one other person who can say that.
6. I can’t stand the feel of and dirt on my kitchen floor on my bare feet.
7. I sleep with my feet hanging out of the covers.
8. I took classical ballet classes for 16 years, jazz for 12, and tap for 5.
9. I belong to a local fire company.
10. I haven’t responded to a fire since my first child was born.
11. I hate gardening, but love a nice garden. If I made enough money, I would hire a gardener and take all the credit.
12. I smoked for about 9 years, and quit to save money.
13. I own way, way too many clothes.
14. My favorite things to wear are yoga pants and a sweatshirt.
15. I am the shortest child in my family at 5’2”
16. I have four brothers and one sister between all of my folks.
17. Christmas rocked when I was growing up.
18. I have two sister-in-laws, and one brother-in-law.
19. I lost my last baby tooth in a physics class, in my senior year of high school.
20. At one point, I had 11 ear piercings and 1 navel piercing.
21. I have knocked it down to six ear piercings and a tattoo.
22. I have two boys, both were due to be born on a holiday.
23. Neither were on time.
24. My eyes change colors depending on what color I wear.
25. I am a typical Pisces.
26. I had to look that up to spell it.
27. My sister and I fought everyday when we were kids.
28. We are inseparable today.
29. I am afraid of heights.
30. I am a certified high ropes instructor.
31. I was a girl scout.
32. I was also in boy scouts, as the troop’s first female member.
33. I am Irish, Ukrainian, Welsh, and Scottish.
34. My husband doesn’t have a middle name.
35. My older brother’s middle name is the name he goes by.
36. Same goes with my dad and two uncles.
37. My husband has never been in a fight.
38. I have been in 4. Three have ended in my favor.
39. I was a crisis counselor for seven years at a suicidal/homicidal unit.
40. I have lost 6 clients and 1 friend to suicide.
41. One of my clients used to call me “Sarah Superfly Snuka” because I tackled her before she could run upstairs to jump off of our roof.
42. She peed herself when I landed on her.
43. My favorite color is white.
44. I rarely wear white.
45. I can roll my tongue into three loops.
46. I had a tail-like appendage on my back which was removed when I was a child because kids would call me "Puff the Magic Dragon."
47. That's a lie.
48. I have been pulled over 7 times, and ticketed only twice.
49. My brother taught me how to launch a station wagon in the air one night on my way home from ballet class (sorry mom).
50. I started an environmental group when I was in middle school called Environmentally Conscious Kids (ECK)
51. I had a dog named Windshield. My next dog I will name Charlie...even if it's a girl.
52. My mom was embarrassed of this and called him Shield in front of people.
53. I love scary movies, and hate western/Cowboys and Indian movies.
54. I love tacky reality tv.
55. I love eating popcorn kernels as much, if not more than the popcorn itself
56. My dentist knows that.
57. My great, great, great uncle was vice president of the United States of America.
58. The city of Dallas, Texas was named after him.
59. I have horrible vision and cold induced asthma.
60. I love most sports, but football in particular.
61. I can throw a spiral.
62. I was the only girl on my soccer team more than once.
63. My favorite day of the year is Christmas Eve.
64. My least favorite is the day after Christmas.
65. The day after that is Dylan’s birthday.
66. Jordan's birthday falls on Thanksgiving every seven years.
67. I have two nieces and one nephew.
68. My nephew and Dylan are six months apart in age.
69. I'm a pretty good cook now.
70. I can bake just about anything.
71. I scooped ice cream at our local ice cream shop for four years.
72. I never grew tired of ice cream.
73. My mouth waters every time I think about my stepmom’s food.
74. I am not one of those people who say, “I’ll tell you if I’m mad,” because I won’t. You’ll just know....I guess
75. My mom made all of my Halloween costumes growing up.
76. She sent me and my brother to “table manners class” when we were little. I know what fork to use when no one else does.
77. I could not live happily without music.
78. My kids and I have a party every day after lunch. We dance, and sing in our kitchen with no regard to the neighbors.
79. I hope they remember those times when they are old.
80. Mark makes me laugh.
81. I love really loud car stereos. I used to have one.
82. I would turn it down at red lights.
83. I won the “clean plate award” in elementary school. I remember my dad being proud.
84. I refuse to touch animals at a petting zoo. Ew.
85. I love coffee.
86. Although, I will make 12 cups and forget to drink it.
87. I am terrified of the dark.
88. Dylan named his night light named after me. It’s a butterfly.
89. My right bicep is huge.
90. My left is almost non-existent.
91. I can’t eat a grilled cheese sandwich without ketchup.
92. I hate “doing” my hair.
93. I knew Dylan was going to be a boy. I thought Jordan was going to be a girl.
94. If he was a she, she would have been named Ella because Mark didn’t like the name Elle.
95. The only other country I have ever been to was Canada.
96. I got tonsillitis while I was there. We had to cut the trip short.
97. I love knowing I have a full tank of gas. Oh, the possibilities.
98. Rodney Dangerfield freaks me out.
99. My mom was salutatorian of her graduating class.
